Mind × Melt is a brand owned and operated by FireBar Labs ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information we collect from visitors and B2B early-access applicants on mindxmelt.com, how we use it, and your choices.
We collect information you give us when you fill out the early-access form, including: business name, contact name, email, phone, U.S. state, business type, reseller or business license number (if provided), estimated monthly volume, and any notes you include. We may also receive standard server-side data (IP address, user agent, referring URL, UTM parameters) when your browser requests pages from this site.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with: (a) service providers that help us operate the site, communications, and lead handling under contract (analytics, email delivery, CRM); (b) regulatory authorities when required by law; and (c) successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this policy. Lead submissions are routed to FireBar Distro (the wholesale arm of FireBar Labs) for follow-up.
