These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mindxmelt.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by FireBar Labs; Mind × Melt is a brand owned by FireBar Labs (collectively "Mind × Melt," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is intended for adults aged 21 and older. The Mind × Melt early-access program is intended for licensed business contacts operating in jurisdictions where the relevant products are lawful. Submitting an early-access application constitutes a representation that you meet those requirements.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale without written permission, or use it to send unsolicited communications.
Submitting an early-access application is an expression of interest, not an account approval. Account opening, pricing, payment terms, and product availability are subject to FireBar Distro review and credit, license, and compliance verification. We reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion.
Product descriptions, photography, and lab-test references are provided for informational purposes and may change without notice. Mind × Melt Milk Chocolate Popping Diamonds are third-party lab tested. Lawful sale and possession of regulated products (mushroom, Kanna) is the responsibility of the purchaser in their jurisdiction. Mind × Melt makes no representation that the product is appropriate or available for sale in all locations.
Statements about products on the Site have not been evaluated by the FDA. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified health professional before using any entheogenic product, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after use.
All content on the Site — including the Mind × Melt, Kannafy, FireBar Labs, and FireBar Distro marks, plus all photography, copy, and design — is owned by FireBar Labs or used under license. Nothing on the Site grants you a license to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written authorization.
The Site links to third-party properties (including firebardistro.com and firebarlabs.com). Mind × Melt is not responsible for the content, availability, or terms of third-party sites you reach via these links.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind × Melt and FireBar Labs disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind × Melt, FireBar Labs, and their affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Direct damages are limited to the amount you paid to FireBar Labs, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms. The "Effective" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
